I was inspired by some of my favorite scotch when building this unique cask-finished spirit.

Chardonnay casks provide a subtle and distinctive blend of citrus and oak that perfectly complements Ghostwood’s rich flavors.

The result is amazing.

As part of this exploration, I learned a lot about wine creation and the aging process. This led me on an exciting journey of discovery, and I was able to choose exactly what kind of casks work best for this particular spirit.

The outcome is an unparalleled gold amber bourbon whiskey that greets the senses with a fruity aroma, underscored by oak and spices.
